Steven J. Brown
MD, FAAP
Dr. Brown received his Bachelor’s degree from Vassar College where he majored in psychology. He graduated with Departmental Honors, Cum Laude, and is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. He earned his Medical Degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook Medical School. He then completed his pediatric residency at North Shore University Hospital Cornell University Medical College. He is Board Certified in Pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics. He is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and a member of the Connecticut State Medical Society and the Hartford County Medical Association. He has three children and lives in Simsbury.
Kenneth Perks
MD, FAAP
Dr. Perks received his Bachelor’s degree from Hamilton College where he majored in biology, minored in studio art, and graduated Cum Laude. He earned his Medical degree from New York Medical College. He then completed his pediatric residency at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. He is Board Certified in Pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and a member of the Connecticut State Medical Society and the Hartford County Medical Association. He has three children and lives in Canton.
Sarah E. Needham
PNP
Sarah Needham graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor’s degree in nursing. She then earned her Master’s degree as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at the State University of New York Upstate Medical University in Syracuse. She is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nursing. She is Board Certified in Primary Care Pediatrics by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She has also completed training as a certified Breastfeeding Specialist. She has two children and lives in Avon.
